We support them to attain relevant industry certifications, enabling them to find adequate work or equipping them to start their own small businesses. The aim of our learnership programme is to promote an upswing in STEM education(particularly technology) creating curious young professionals in the industry, who would have otherwise been subjected to the existing gap in opportunities.
